Our History
In 1982 Todd Morgan began a small business by striping and filling potholes out of the back of his pickup truck. With the growth and success of his small business, in 1987 Morgan Industries was incorporated. Over the next several years, Todd began to add various asphalt services to grow Morgan Pavement. Morgan Pavement is one of the several companies operating under Morgan Industries.
Today, Morgan Pavement has eight asphalt maintenance and repair divisions, making us the largest asphalt maintenance company in Utah and Arizona. With over 20 crews and a full office staff, Morgan Pavement employs over 200 people. Morgan Pavement services the intermountain region, with offices out of Utah and Arizona.
Our Founder
Todd Morgan
Todd Morgan is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Morgan Industries. Todd and his wife (Mary Lynne Morgan) started this company in 1982 and have built and mentored its growth ever since. Todd, at times during the early years, wore every company hat, but now manages from a different level. Happiness to Todd comes from seeing his people succeed and grow in their current positions. As they experience success, he knows the company will do the same.
